Manage codewords, roles, log channels, forbidden periods, reset schedules, and panel posting in one place.
Discord clock-in
Time Fabric
A clear dashboard for staff time tracking. Let members clock in from Discord, then manage codewords, times, resets, logs, and access from the browser.
Open a server, choose a codeword card, and see every member with display name, total time, and clock-in status.
Edit, delete, reset, or add time while Time Fabric logs important changes to the configured Discord channel.
Features
Everything Time Fabric can do
Members clock in, clock out, and view their own time with simple Discord buttons.
Track separate departments, jobs, or teams with up to five codewords per server.
Create codewords, post panels, configure roles, logs, resets, forbidden periods, and embed text from the website.
Support can manage time, management can change settings, and Administrators can manage everything.
View totals per codeword, active clock-ins, display names, statuses, and seconds-accurate durations.
Add time, remove time, delete entries, or reset a codeword from the dashboard or supported slash commands.
Open a timeline popup to audit clock-ins, clock-outs, corrections, resets, and active sessions.
Before automatic or manual resets, Time Fabric saves a backup so old totals can still be reviewed.
Schedule recurring resets per codeword, such as every two weeks at a chosen time.
Block normal clock-ins during configured hours, while clock-out and time viewing still work.
Optionally give members a Discord role while they are actively clocked in, then remove it on clock-out.
Send clock-in, clock-out, correction, reset, and setting-change logs to a Discord channel.
Users sign in with Discord and only see servers where they have the configured access.
Administrators can see servers without Time Fabric and open the bot invite in a new tab.
